Which is better, rainproof silk or Oxford cloth?

Oxford cloth, also known as Oxford spinning, is mostly made of polyester, polyester and cotton blended yarns interwoven with cotton yarns, using weft weight flat or square flat weave. It has the characteristics of easy washing and quick drying, soft hand feeling, good hygroscopicity and comfortable wearing. Oxford spinning is a weaving method of fabrics, which refers to the overlapping order of horizontal and vertical cotton yarns during weaving. At present, the main types of chemical fiber oxford cloth on the market are: sleeve, full elastic, nylon, teag and other varieties. Oxford cloth is a kind of waterproof fabric, which is specially used to make all kinds of bags. Therefore, if you want to make a cloth bag with a waterproof function, an Oxford cloth bag is generally used.

Rainproof silk refers to resin-coated silk or chemical fiber products (such as polyester) that are not easily permeable to water, and it also has certain waterproof performance.

There are two main types of rainproof silk fabrics:

1. Polyester, also known as polyester, is not easy to fade or dye. Dyeing needs to be carried out under high temperature and high pressure at 130°C.

2. Nylon is also called nylon. This fabric can be dyed with acid dyes and reactive dyes, and the required temperature does not require high temperature and high pressure. However, this nylon silk has the disadvantage of shrinking when it encounters high temperature, and this kind of wrinkling is one-time and permanent.
